Before work begins, the client confirms that they own or are authorized to use the software and infrastructure. Credentials should be provided through an agreed secure channel and changed after handover where appropriate.

Production safety: Starlife may pause deployment if the hosting environment, license, backup, security, or access conditions create unacceptable risk.
