Starlife Technologies respects the privacy of website visitors, prospects, clients, product users, and people who contact us for software, hosting, deployment, or support. This page explains the main categories of information handled through this website and our service relationships.
Information you provide
We may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, project or support details, affected URLs, business requirements, commercial context, and any files or evidence you intentionally share. When you use the project calculator, we may also process the selected project type, scope, capabilities, delivery preferences, generated estimate, estimate reference, and validity period. Product and project relationships may require additional account, billing, infrastructure, user, and technical information under their specific terms.
Payment notifications
The project payment flow may present UBA bank transfer, MTN Mobile Money, Bitcoin, USDT on TRON TRC20, or a hosted Eversend payment link. When you submit a transaction for review, Starlife records the estimate reference, selected payment milestone and method, submitted amount, sender name, sender phone, transaction identifier or public blockchain hash, submission time, payment tracking code, verification history, and current status. The tracking lookup requires the issued code and matching sender phone, while its public response excludes the transaction identifier, full phone, email, and payment credentials. These details are used to compare the notification with the relevant payment account or public network record. The website does not request or store a banking or Mobile Money PIN, one-time password, card security code, account password, crypto private key, seed phrase, wallet password, or recovery phrase. A submitted notification remains unverified until Starlife confirms it separately.
Currency references
The payment page may retrieve recent reference exchange rates through a server-side currency data service. The provider receives a technical request from the Starlife server rather than your payment form details. Converted values are informational estimates, may differ from bank, card, Mobile Money, wallet, or settlement rates, and do not replace the payable XAF amount.
Technical and usage information
Our hosting provider and security tools may process standard request data such as IP address, browser, device, requested page, timestamp, error information, and security signals. This website stores limited preferences and temporary working information such as theme, cookie choice, calculator draft, and the private estimate reference in your browser. Additional analytics will only be introduced with an appropriate notice and choice where required.
How information is used

- Prepare proposals, verify payment notifications, deliver agreed work, provide access, and maintain communication.

Third-party services
Communication and delivery may involve email providers, WhatsApp, banks, Mobile Money operators, public blockchain networks, Eversend, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment providers, analytics, infrastructure partners, and other services selected for the engagement. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy information.
Security and credentials
Do not place passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, private keys, seed or recovery phrases, full database exports, payment card details, or unnecessary personal customer data into ordinary contact forms or public chat. A public transaction hash may be submitted for crypto verification, but wallet credentials must never be shared. Starlife uses agreed channels and practical access controls for sensitive project work, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, estimate validity and review, payment verification, contract, support relationship, legitimate records, security, legal obligations, or dispute handling. Retention may differ for accounting, project, hosting, product, and support records.
Your choices
You may ask about information associated with your enquiry, request correction, or ask whether deletion is appropriate, subject to contractual, security, legal, accounting, and technical obligations.
